Here we are making real Tapas and Pinchos evening!! I love to cook a lot of
different things set them in the middle of the table and let everybody choose from
Tapas, to Pinchos, Vegeterian, Salad, Chorizo a la Sidra, Pinchos de queso Brie con Marmelada de Tomate, Albondigas con Salsa Espanola, Pan Tomate, Tortilla de Patata
(the Spanierds say that mine is one of the best) Croquetas, Gazpacho, Pollo al ajillo, Salmorejo, etc. To drink we can have some Home Made Sangria and some Spanish Wine.

We had a great time, good food, good wines, good company and quite an education of the culinary culture of this wonderful Country, The best Mexican food we have had so far. Lucia has the knack to create just the right flavors to make your mouth enjoy orgasm after orgasm. If you come to the Riviera Maya do not miss this unique experience!
