After practicing interior design for many years, I decided to indulge my passion for cooking. I was born into a family of dedicated restaurateurs and caterers and have had an immense love for cooking ever since I was a kid, while spending my time with my Oaxacan grandmother.
In the Spanish capital of Madrid, I took a variety of professional culinary workshops and I loved and enjoyed every minute of it! I never miss an opportunity to learn new techniques and expand my culinary knowledge.
A few years ago, I opened a successful Spanish restaurant in Nuremberg, Germany. Pushed by my clients interest in learning how to make what I was serving at the restaurant, I began giving cooking classes. My goal has always been to give my students a truly hands-on cooking experience while sharing the joy of cooking, a concept I call Gourmet Solutions. I am looking forward to having you join me in Cancun.
