What I cook, just like what I usually eat, is a mix of cuisines, flavors and styles. I'm a huge fan of everything from sashimi and shwarma to pasta and parathas.
From my kitchen, you can expect a light, refreshing couscous salad, or maybe some mixed pakoras as a starter. A main course of either homemade pizza, a traditional North Indian meal (with veggies and chicken and parathas) or roasted vegetables and chicken with gravy. For dessert, I love baking brownies and using them in my mom's secret biscuit pudding recipe, or making an Indian speciality called Kheer.
