Swedish cuisine is well-known for its lightness. There is a wide range of Swedish delicacies that I'd like to let you taste. As such, I will prepare some of my favourite classical dishes, in tid bits style! That way, you would get to try out nearly the entire Swedish cuisine, all in one meal.

This includes:
