A dream food of all of Turkish people from their childhood: Yaprak Sarma.
It is fresh wine leaves stuffed with rice and spices.
I can always eat tens of them. :)

Main dish is Hunkarbegendi.
If you translate it from Turkish into English, it means "Sultan likes it".
The dish consists of sauteed beef pieces with tomato sauce served on top of grilled aubergine puree.

For dessert, we have Dondurmali Irmik Helvasi
It is semolina dessert with ice-cream inside.
Hot and cold, delicious and interesting - you won't get enough of it!
