We had a marvelous experience. The food was superb, illustrating how traditional Roman cuisine is plant based & delicious. Francesca & Ryan were lovely hosts and we enjoyed the other guests, shareing so many interests that the conversation never flagged. It was a special evening that added so much to our stay in Rome.

I highly recommend this cooking class for vegans and non-vegans (we had non-vegans in our class who loved the food). The food was delicious (especially the cacio e pepe). Francesca and Ryan are great cooks and they're both kind and fun. Absolutely 5 stars - a highlight of my week in Rome.

Francesca and Ryan were such a wonderful and informative couple. They gave such a warm welcome while explaining each part of the meal and why it’s so special to Rome, the importance of coursing in a meal and providing cocktails and wine that paired with purpose. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Rome looking to experience a delicious meal while learning so much as well. Not to mention the view was beautiful. We loved the company of Neige (the cutest Maltese you will lay your hands on!) as well. Thank you guys, ciao until next time!

My boyfriend and I attended Francesca & Ryans beautiful home for dinner in the middle of our holiday and what an absolutely refreshing experience it was. Not only was the food delicious the effort to make everything home-made and explanations from where the ingredients were sourced was a lovely and appreciated touch. Obviously the views were stunning but I tell you the pictures don't do it justice. Just breath-taking. The conversation flowed, conversations from how to cross the road in Rome to our passion for veganism, and everything in between. We will absolutely return and may come in for a cooking class too. Thanks again to you both and wishing you well.

My mother and I attended Francesca and Ryan’s dinner on our first night in Rome and enjoyed ourselves’ thoroughly. Francesca is a lovely and interesting hostess who speaks multiple languages. Her ability to encourage conversation between her guests is remarkable. We also highly enjoyed the opportunity to mix with different travellers. Ryan was our chef for the evening and spent most of the night in the kitchen. We both agree that it was one of the best meals we enjoyed in Rome. My mom is not a vegetarian or vegan and enjoyed it as much as I did and we both agree the tiramisu was amazing. The wine was local and also quite wonderful. The view from the roof-top terrace was unmatched and an excellent photo opportunity. It’s a great idea to come early on in your trip as you will learn about Italian cuisine and culture and it well help guide you through the remainder of your meals.
