ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

This will be a Tapas workshop and demonstration at our spacious home, located in a peaceful neighborhood among trees and mountains. We will share delicious dishes while enjoying each other's company, the breezy fresh air and gorgeous views while we have an al-fresco, outdoor tapas party!

After the dinner, we can also make a short walk to "Carretera de las aigües, a runners street", where we can see the gorgeous skyline of Barcelona. Also a good way to digest our food ;)

ABOUT THEMENU

Here the menú for the evening. The guests will learn and taste some of the most famous tapas dishes including:
+Aperitivo (selección de tapas españolas):
-Piruletas de sobrasada (Sobrasada lollipops)
-Patatas bravas (Spicy potatoes)
-Chipirones a la andaluza (cuttlefish at andalusian style)
-Boquerones en vinagre (marinated anchovies)
-Croquetas de cocido (Grandma croquettes)
+Paella de Marisco a las brasas (grilled seafood paella)
+Tarta de crema catalana (catalan cream pie)...with anniversary candles...of course
+Agua, Vino Blanco/Tinto y Zumo naranja (Watter (water, black and white wine, orange juice)
+Café/Té (Coffee and The)

ABOUT THELOCATION

The place where the experience will happen is a private house in the countryside with mountain views and great open space in Vallvidrera (Barcelona), up to the junction 8 of Ronda de Dalt.
