MENU may vary according to the season or the specific requests. One thing will not change: it will be 100% pure Italian cousine.
You can choose between a traditional meal or a more creative one, of fish, meat, or vegetarian.
You can also come a bit earlier to enjoy an aperitif and see how I make home made fresh pasta, for example...
Every menù will be of 3 courses.

Creative menu:
Daikon pie topped with cream cheese and cherries
Monkfish risotto with lard and caramelized onions
Artchokes filled with chickpeas cream and topped with lime marinated prawns
(a vegetarian variation: Eggs and asparagus in manioc and black carrot creamtopped with passion fruit)
Traditional menu:
Anchovies with orange and lemon
Home made (by me) fresh pasta with fish sauce or ragù bolognese
Seabass gratinated with herbs and potatoes
