The dining experience I wish to provide is a match of Italy's special dishes, made from the freshest and finest ingredients. As a private chef, I am particular of how my dishes are cooked and I make sure that the taste is authentic, unique and just right for my guests.
We can first start with an entree's which is: Meatball eggplant with sun dried tomatoes and thyme. Then, we'll move on to the first course: Risotto Milanese with bone plating. After which, the main course will be a tasty fresh sea bass, artichoke and licorice. The dessert I am proud to present is caramelized apple crumble with cinnamon ice cream and mozzarella. This is the best combination ever!
