Eating on the banana leaf is a traditional Indian custom, and is a very unique experience. Eating on the banana leaf, and eating on a plate has a world of difference that cant be explained through words.
Join me for a meal on the Banana leaf and have a great experience of eating your meal using your fingers. Eating with your hands is a totally different feeling, and would make you savour the taste much more!
I will be serving rice with veg dhal and a variety of vegetarian curries, and of course with pappadam, the crispy appetizing snack. This meal will not be complete withouhg a sweet dessert, called payaasam.
Come on and join me for a "finger-licking good" experience!

As part of BonAppetour curation, I visited Santha at her cosy home, in a beautiful and lush green neighbourhood. She welcomed us with traditional Indian sweets. She had made spicy chicken, mutton and prawn dishes that were served together with fragrant rice. Santha was also very knowledgable about Singaporean food, and the best places to find many of the yummy delights. Many thanks for a lovely evening Santha!
