Mutton ribs craving

I will be serving mutton ribs, with a special gravy that tastes mildly spicy and little sweet. It would be great together with rice and comes along with indian traditional herb soup called Rasam. Rasam is really good for digestion and has a tangy-spicy taste. I will throw in some other side dishes along with this such as stir-fried bean sprouts.

As part of BonAppetour curation, I visited Santha at her cosy home, in a beautiful and lush green neighbourhood. She welcomed us with traditional Indian sweets. She had made spicy chicken, mutton and prawn dishes that were served together with fragrant rice. Santha was also very knowledgable about Singaporean food, and the best places to find many of the yummy delights. Many thanks for a lovely evening Santha!
