Tapas are snacks, canapés or finger food that originated in Spain. Tapas come in many different forms and can vary from town to town, and I'd like to offer you my own interpretation of this delicacy.

Each guest can choose one of the following:

Tortilla Española - Spanish Omelet of Eggs, Potatoes and Onions
Patatas Bravas - Potatoes with Spicy Brava Sauce
Patatas Alioli - Potatoes with Alioli Sauce
Gambas al Ajillo - Shrimp in Garlic
Calamares Fritos - Calamares a la Romana - Fried Squid
Aceitunas a la Madrileña - Olives a la Madrilene
Croquetas de Jamón - Ham Croquettes
Pimientos Rojos con Anchoas - Red Peppers with Anchovies
Huevos Rellenos de Atun - Deviled Eggs with Tuna
Huevos Rellenos de Gambas - Deviled Eggs with Shrimp
Banderillas - Pickles, Onions and Peppers on a Toothpick

So the more people that join the dinner party, the more variety I will offer. So do bring friends along!

As part of BonAppetour curation, I had the chance to join Jane in her Sushi making workshop. Though she does not have any Asian blood in her, cooking and dining at her place really made me feel like I'm dining with a local Japanese at a Japanese home. What really surprised me was, Japanese cuisine is just one of her expertise, and she does several other workshops for different cuisines. Her knowledge on a multitude of different cuisines really amazed me!
