Dettagli

Hands-on cooking lessons are held at my eighteenth century Tuscan house. The ancient building was a pottery factory dated about 1700, where ceramics were produced for many years. The building has been recently restored maintaining the Tuscan style and converted into independent apartments.
Lessons are held in the large kitchen perfectly organized, that can welcome up to 10 guests.
I will take care of all the preparation needed and as a guest, you will just need to learn to prepare memorable dishes from the Tuscan tradition!
Lessons normally start from 10 am lasting 3/4 hours preparing a three courses meal that will be tasted at the end! We can also arrange afternoon sessions.

The home grown vegetable garden gives most of the ingredients to prepare the famous bread soup (Ribollita), tomato soup (Pappa al Pomodoro) and other dishes in the Florentine tradition.

Menu vary according to the season and your wishes and Barbara will use only the freshest ingredients available on the market.
