Being one of the most common dishes in Italy, risotto is one dish that is loved by the majority of the Italian population. It is basically an Italian rice dish cooked in broth until it has a creamy texture. Since it is a dish that carries great significance in Italy, I decided to offer a home cooked version for your dining pleasure!
We will be having emmer ( or risotto) with red chicory, traditional fried meatballs, and fresh salad. Seasonal fruit and dessert will be included in the meal as well.
