Appetizer: Typical Easter breakfast (Roman salami, hard-boiled eggs and cheese bread).

First course: Pumpkin risotto OR Porcini mushrooms risotto OR Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms OR Mezze maniche with pumpkin cream and crunchy bacon OR Mezze maniche with broccoli OR Mezze maniche with artichokes and bacon OR Lasagne with artichokes OR Tagliolini with lemon and sage OR Eggplant parmesan.

Second choice: Roast lamb with potatoes OR Lamb with wine OR Slices of beef with porcini mushrooms OR Zucchini stuffed with meat OR Pork steak with cabbage and apples OR Meat rolls with artichokes and provola cheese.

Sides: Fennel salad with oranges and olives OR Mixed salad with hard-boiled eggs OR Puntarelle (Chicory and anchovy salad).

Lokasi dan Lingkungan

I live a short distance away from the Vatican City and St.Peter's, in a beautiful neighbourhood. The way to my apartment is filled with cobblestoned pathways and beautiful old houses. As it is also on a hill, you can catch a glimpse of the Roman skyline, over the Vatican city.

In the summer, we can have dinner in my garden or on my lovely rooftop!
