Gastronomical French Delight

I want to welcome you into my local Parisian home, so that you can join me at my dining table, to have a French feast together. I will be preparing a gastronomical French delight, with some traditional recipes that have been passed down in my family. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn what a typical meal at a French home is like. There are lots of traditional French dishes that are not commonly found in restaurants, and I wish to give you a good culinary and gastronomical experience.

Menu

For this dining experience I will be preparing gratin de pommes de terre (potato gratin and sweet potatoes) accompanied with a mixed salad. For the dessert, I will prepare my very special chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.

Lokasi dan Lingkungan

My home is located in the heart of Paris, close to the famous Père Lachaise cemetery, where many famous people are buried, including the infamous Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf and even Chopin! It's a beautiful place to walk around.
