ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Dear friends,
I decided to open my house – studio in order to organise dinner events. I have been working as a chef for many years, and I did it with a lot of passion and creativity. So the desire to carry on cooking and share this passion with others is growing stronger and I believe the capacity of my house would be suitable to put into practice such a project.
These meetings are not only thought as gastronomic rendezvous, but I also wish to gather people who never met before with the purpose of a cultural and convivial exchange. Thus you can come to my house with friends, partner, or, why not, also on your own and my mission will be that of making you feel comfortable “at home”.
My menu will promote freshness and seasonality of food, use of high quality and biological ingredients, and whenever is possible, a selection of local products.
Italian cuisine is well known around the world, but join me for a taste of my personal way of interpreting food through my creativity. You also know that I love eating and and my table is always laid! ;)
ABOUT THELOCATION
The dinners will be held in my home studio, my profession is painting - so you can take a look at my art work as well. A spacious and cozy full of art objects, books and curiosities.

We were a group of 11 people having a fantastic evening at Alessandros place. The food was excellent in his studio with his inspiring painting all around. I can clearly recommend Allessandro to everyone who wants to experience a genuine home style Italian dinner event.

Dinner at Alessandro's was amazing. We had dinner in his art studio. All of the courses were incredible and handmade. He made us a 4 course meal, including his homemade wine from his house on the country side. Menu: Citrus & Artichoke salad, grilled vegetables, pasta with fresh homemade noodles, braised pork with polenta, and delicious dessert with coconut ice cream. Highly recommend booking a dinner with Alessandro! His friends he invited suggested we take a stroll through Navigli District, which was a very cool location to go to bars and restaurants. They were very friendly and great to talk to as well and were nice enough to drop us off after dinner. Overall a tremendous experience; thank you Alessandro!

Alessandro's dinner was incredible; beyond belief in his sourcing of the freshest local ingredients, preparation, and presentation. We dined in a converted studio/dining room full of his art and it was delightful. Certainly, the language barrier (Italian vs. English) was a challenge, but I had such a good time watching him cook and would certainly do it all over again.
