The menu is usually dependent on what is in season and what inspires us. We like to work closely with our guests and so if you have any dietary preferences, do let us know in advance!
Wine,water and coffee/tea will be served throughout the meal.

Antipasto:
Bruschetta con scamorza e rosmarino
(Sourdough toast with melted scamorza and handpicked rosemary)
OR
Insalata di stagione - Salad with seasonal produce

Primo:
Pasta all'amatriciana
(Fresh homemade fettucine with a pork belly and tomato sauce. You'll get a handson experience of cutting the dough and using a pasta machine)

Secondo:
Saltimbocca alla romana
(Veal fillets sauteed with white wine, sage, cheese and prosciutto)..

Dolce:
Cheesecake alla ricotta a base di amaretti aromatizzato con liquore di pistacchio e confettura di fragole
(No-bake ricotta cheesecake with freshly whipped ricotta, crushed amaretti cookies aromatized with pistachio liquour, topped with homemade strawberry compote)
