I love cooking and experiencing new adventures. Our wonderful Roman cuisine, that I am so proud of, t has so much to offer and that will delight the most discerning palates!
My friends who have previously enjoyed all of my dinner parties at home have always request for this menu for other dinner party gatherings:
Tonnarelli (a type of pasta) made with cheese and pepper
Amatriciana made with Rigatoni or bucatini pasta types
Trofie al Pesto with or without garlic (Pesto pasta)
Roasted potatoes
Mixture of meats and cheeses
Flakes of lactose-free milk, to avoid intolerance, dressed in the typical case of my production with fresh chilli, ginger, turmeric, parsley, olive oil and spearmint
All accompanied by red and white wine and homemade limoncello to me with untreated lemons
Comfortable, large balcony to enjoy an al-fresco dining experience dinner. Quiet neighborhood and discrete, large parking lot below.
