Experience overview

Italian cheese is often incorporated into meals, an accompaniment to enhance the flavors of dishes. But that doesn't mean they can't stand on their own.

On the menu

I'll be offering a selection of Italian cheese - fresh, mild and seasoned - served with bread, honey and preserves and some red wine.

Some varieties will be: Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Provola, Mozzarella, Parmigiano, Ricotta, Stracchino.

Location & Neighbourhood

I can come to pick you up outside Battistini line A subway station at 7 pm. From there, we can head over to my place for dinner. After the meal I will take you back to the subway station by car with an additional of 10€ to be paid on the spot.

Truly amazing from start to finish. First Titziano met us at the train station to take us to his home where he had set up beautiful table setting. The appetizer was delicious along with sparkling water where he offered everything freshly made and as much as we wanted- fruit, sliced meat, bread topped with tomato and basil. We watched him make the pesto for the past part of the meal and as he did this we engaged in conversation where he answered questions and talked about his country. Very obvious he is passionate not only about cooking and pleasing his guests but also very proud of his home town. We enjoyed the DELICIOUS pasta with unlimited wine. To top off this amazing meal he offered us home made strawberry Italian dessert. We ended with the opportunity to enjoy Italian coffee and liquers. Then he graciously drove us back to the train station and at no time did we feel rushed- he made us feel like pampered gusts yet he treated us like friends. I will highly recommend him to friends traveling to Italy and hope sometime to actually travel there again and meet up with Titziano. What a gracious host! (view full page)

Awesome! We had an absolutely amazing time with our host Tiziano. The experience was worth it. It was interesting to hear the stories behind the food and where everything comes from. Be sure to come with an empty stomach- you will leave full! We especially loved the experience of being able to have a real Roman meal, in a quiet Roman neighborhood. Tiziano also shared some of the secrets for making our trip to Rome more successful. Highly recommend !! (view full page)
