A day will not be complete without a cool drink and some sweet treats to beat the afternoon heat. Afternoon teas may perhaps not be a very common practice, especially if it involves cooking or baking your own high tea treats. Think it's too tedious and complicated to spare such an idea a thought? Fret not! I'm here to teach you how to whip up your own amazing high teas, without the headaches of a full-day's work at baking!

Join me for an afternoon of baking, where we'll have great fun making éclairs and cream puffs! After which, we can sit back and enjoy the fruit of our labour. Afternoon teas can't be any sweeter!
