France has a large cuisine; one of its know courses is Galette de Sarrasin - the common called crêpe, in Brittany it is being distinguished between savory made out of blé noir (buckwheat flour) called Galette and a sweet one made out of plain flour.

The venue takes place close to "Place des Vosges" on a brand new apartment decorated on a half European/Venezuelan style. Nowadays this a area that it is being classified as a Historical Part of Paris and located on the Marais district; the street was open in 1597 on a land that was once part of Hotel des Tournelles.

I alway have a fantastic meal with these two brothers. They are very friendly and attentive. The menu proposed makes you travel to south america! "Arepas" are original and delicious! We love going to gaby's and krlos's home restaurant, it is not only full of taste it is also full of funny stories, these guys are the best to have a very nice moment. They have very good tips to travel around, specially to visit Paris and of course to travel to all around the world!, what is so cool about them is their very rich cultural background! Je suis allé manger avec des amis chez Gaby et Krlos. Nous avons pu profiter d'un repas typiquement vénézuélien et j'ai vraiment adoré cette nourriture! Beaucoup de soin dans la préparation, très belle présentation, j'ai vraiment pu voyager en Amérique du Sud grâce à ces plats délicieux. Je vous encourage vraiment à aller tester ce repas les yeux fermés, vous m'en direz des nouvelles!!!!!!
