Offering you an authentic traditional Malay food called Nasi Lemak, which means Coconut Rice. This delicious and fragrant rice is usually served with Sambal Prawns (Chilli Prawns) and other condiments such as peanuts, crispy anchovies, cucumbers, omelette and fried chicken wings.
To make it even sumptuous, i'll be adding another dish on the side called Rendang. Chunks of mutton/ beef tenderloin simmer for hours in a spicy, flavorful coconut milk sauce until the sauce is thick and brown, and the meat is meltingly tender.
Our Nasi Lemak will be served on banana leaves, just like the old village days! For desserts, there's Bubur ChaCha; cold sweet creamy soup with chewy colorful tapioca pearls and yam. Definitely a must-try dessert.
